Also known as Pot Marjoram or Wild Oregano. Marjoram is a low bushy plant in the mint family native to the Mediterranean and Western Asia. It has a similar flavor profile to oregano but with a sharper flavor. It is often used in Italian herb blends and works well in soups, sauces, and salad dressings.
