Booking Policy

Advanced Booking Policy Booking Requirements: All bookings under the Advanced Booking policy must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late bookings within the 24-hour window will not be accepted. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must also be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid any penalties. Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled, but only if the request is made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of payment. There is a maximum of 3 reschedules. Penalties for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made without 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the payment amount. No Shows: According to this booking policy, failure to attend appointments will lead to the forfeiture of payment. This policy ensures that proper notice is given for both bookings and cancellations, maintaining efficiency and fairness in scheduling arrangements.
