Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must also be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid any penalties. Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled, but only if the request is made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of payment. There is a minimum of 3 reschedules. Penalties for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made without 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the payment amount. No Shows: According to this booking policy, failure to attend appointments will lead to the forfeiture of payment.
